TERMINATION
We reserve the right to terminate your member service at any time or for any reason, with or without notice. Once your member service is terminated you agree not to post a message on our site(s), or to assist or cause another person to post a messages on your behalf. Members can elect to terminate their membership with us at any time, by sending email from his/her registered email including e-mail address and password.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

LAW SUIT
These terms and conditions and the relationship between the User and Asiayellowpages.info Service shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tamil Nadu without regard to its conflict of law provisions. The User and Asiayellowpages.info agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the State of Delhi, Asia

THE AGREEMENT
The User agrees that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to the use of Asiayellowpages.info Service or these terms and conditions must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action shall arise or be forever barred.
